Working Student Influencer Marketing DACH (m/f/d)
Job description
What you will work on
What connects the DACH region with KoRo? The love of good food and conscious enjoyment! You are passionate about social media trends in the DACH region and enjoy supporting our team in identifying emerging influencers. As a true team member, you will help build relationships with the right partners to make our products even better known. With your enthusiasm and organizational talent, you will play an important role in the growth of our brand in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Your tasks will include, among others:
You will actively contribute to the expansion of our brand presence in the DACH region by building successful collaborations with relevant influencers on various platforms.
You will identify, contact, and negotiate with influencers and agencies to build mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our company goals.
You will assist in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and interaction in the DACH market.
You will track and analyze the success of influencer collaborations using relevant KPIs to make data-driven decisions for maximizing ROI (Return on Investment).
You will work closely with other teams focused on the DACH market to meaningfully embed influencer marketing into larger campaigns and support the team in administrative tasks & projects.
You will stay up-to-date on current industry trends, competitor strategies, and new social media platforms to further advance our brand in the DACH region.
What you bring
Ideally, you can start immediately and work 20 hours per week. You can attend team meetings on Mondays and Thursdays.
You are currently enrolled at a university studying economics, communications, marketing, or a comparable field – as a working student, you must be matriculated!*
You live in Berlin or the surrounding area and are keen to work regularly at our office in Berlin-Schöneberg.
Your heart beats for the DACH region – you speak fluent German and have very good English skills.
First experience in influencer marketing or partnership management is a plus.
You are creative, flexible, and well-organized. Thanks to your strong time management skills, you can keep track of multiple projects, information overload, or lack of clear instructions and create structure yourself. With your strong communication and negotiation skills, you build and maintain relationships, enjoy working independently, and take responsibility.
You are familiar with social media platforms – especially in the DACH region – and enjoy staying up-to-date on current trends in influencer marketing.
What we offer you
- Smart Working & Flexibility: Hybrid work & flexible working hours that can be perfectly adapted to your lecture schedule or exam phase. With us, there's no coffee brewing or copying – we trust your self-responsibility from day one.
- Growth & Onboarding: You are a fully-fledged team member! With your ideas, you can actively shape the future of the food trade in a fast-growing scale-up. You will receive structured onboarding and your own MacBook for your time with us.
- KoRo Life & Extras: Find your way (back) to the gym thanks to our fitness partnerships like Urban Sports Club or FitX. You also benefit from a 20% discount in our KoRo online shop and exclusive benefits from partner companies. Of course, our free snacks and barista coffee await you in the office!
- Shared Moments: Regular team events and company parties to celebrate our milestones and successes together.
We are looking for people who share our mindset
For us, it's not just about the what, but above all about the how. You are a perfect fit for us if you bring the following mindset:
- You take ownership. You don't wait for detailed step-by-step instructions. If you see opportunities to support, improve, or learn something, you actively get involved and ask questions. You accept feedback and develop yourself further.
- You feel at home in change. In a fast-paced environment, priorities can change quickly – you see this as part of learning, not as a blocker. You adapt quickly and remain flexible.
- You build, instead of waiting. If something is missing or not yet running smoothly, you help find a pragmatic solution. You continuously develop ideas and rely on learning by doing rather than waiting for perfection.
- You think in impact. You seek the “why” behind tasks and decisions and bring your perspective.
- You are a true team player. You work well in a team, communicate openly, and contribute to positive team dynamics. You are curious, respectful, and open to feedback, actively learn from others, and bring your own ideas to the table.
Sounds good?
Then send us your application and all relevant documents (CV and cover letter) via our website. We are looking for team members, not just workers! We are excited to know who you are and what drives you – feel free to tell us in a few introductory sentences in your application.
