Werkstudent:in Influencer Management & Personal Branding (m/w/d) - Remote

We support entrepreneurs, experts, and leaders in becoming visible on LinkedIn – not as classical influencers, but as relevant voices in their field.

We are looking for a work student in the area of Influencer Management & Personal Branding. You will work closely with our clients, understand their topics, positioning, and professional perspective, and help develop clear content, good conversation starters, and a consistent personal brand.

This involves accompanying our clients' content, recognizing themes, structuring thoughts, and together with the editorial team and strategy, creating strong LinkedIn content.

Aufgaben

• Direkt exchange with clients, particularly in regular conversations and coaching sessions
• Developing position, tone, topics, and relevant messages for our clients' LinkedIn accounts
• Support in building and developing personal brands on LinkedIn
• Structuring thoughts, statements, and raw material for editorial content
• Identifying content ideas from conversations, notes, client contexts, and current themes
• Preliminary preparation and follow-up of client conversations for the editorial team
• Developing content ideas for LinkedIn and personal branding
• Creating and revising first draft texts according to editorial guidelines
• Ensuring that contents fit the respective person – in tone, clarity, and focus
• Tight collaboration with the editorial team

Qualifikation

• Ongoing studies, ideally a master's or advanced bachelor's degree, e.g., in Communication, Journalism, Media, Psychology, Language Sciences, Marketing, or a comparable field
• Alternatively: comparable practical experience in editorial work, communication, content, journalism, coaching-like contexts, or personal branding
• Excellent language skills and joy in precisely formulating thoughts
• Interest in people, positioning, communication, and impact
• Able to listen well, structure contents, and recognize what's really going on between the lines
• Solid written expression in German
• Reliable, independent, and structured work style
• Sovereign handling of clients in direct exchange
• Availability during lecture periods as part of a work student internship

Plus:

• First experience in the agency field, editorial work, social media, journalism, communication, or content marketing
• Knowledge in LinkedIn, personal branding, coaching, consulting, or expert contexts
• Interest in themes like positioning, entrepreneur communication, and thought leadership
