Student Assistant Influencer & Creator Relations (m/w/d)

Tasks

Support in the management of our Brand Ambassador Program

• Responding to emails and ongoing communication with our Brand Ambassadors
• Onboarding new Brand Ambassadors
• Maintaining and updating overviews, project lists, and databases
• Following up on deliverables and deadlines

Support in Influencer Management

• Researching suitable influencers/creators on Instagram & TikTok
• Processing detailed influencer/creator inquiries
• Maintaining and updating influencer/creator databases
• Supporting campaigns: briefings, tracking, and success control

Reporting & Evaluations

• Preliminary preparation of simple performance reports
• Compiling KPIs and insights from creator/influencer collaborations

Qualification

We are looking for someone who will support us with up to 20 hours a week and wants to grow together with us.

• Enrolled student (m/w/d) in the field of marketing, communication, media, business administration, etc.
• High affinity to social media
• Knowledge and interest in trends in social media and the creator economy
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Communication skills and joy in dealing with creators
• Analytical competence and joy in working with KPIs
• Very good German and good English language skills
