VANTOYA is a tax venture aiming to make accounting in Germany future-proof by using digital working methods and modern financial solutions.

Our team of 17 engaged colleagues works from our location in Munich and remotely for a rapidly growing client base.

We are looking for people who want to actively shape this path, bring new ideas, question existing workflows, and develop the law firm of the future together with us.

Aufgaben

What awaits you?

Strategy & Process Development
You support us in analyzing and further developing central workflows and help to make processes more efficient, transparent, and scalable.

Workflow- & Automation Projects
Together with the team, you identify automation potential in our daily work and work on implementing it – from administrative workflows to digital client processes.

Digitalization & Tool Development
You work along our central tools and platforms and optimize them using modern methods of workflow automation to radically reset financial processes.

Operative Support in the Strategic Core of the Company
You take on small projects independently, prepare decision-making bases, and bring your own ideas for developing our working method into play.

Glimpses into a Growing Tax Venture
You receive direct insights into strategic topics, organizational development, and building a modern accounting firm.

Qualification

What do you bring?

• Ongoing studies in the field of economics, business informatics, computer science, or comparable
• Interest in process optimization, automation, and digital working methods
• Analytical and structured thinking, as well as pleasure in questioning and improving workflows
• Independent and reliable work style
• Affinity to digital tools and new technologies
• Very good German language skills and secure communication within the team

Ideal candidates have already had:

• Process management or project work experience
• Automation tool knowledge (e.g. Make, n8n, PowerAutomate) and AI-first coding (e.g. via Lovable, Base44, Cursor)
• Data-driven working
