The external HR department for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is here. We support our customers comprehensively in all personnel and recruiting topics - from talent acquisition to process optimization and strategic personnel development.

In addition, we accompany leadership with practical training and coaching to build sustainable leadership structures and successful teams.

With modern digital tools, personal consulting, and tailored solutions, we create genuine added value for our customers and ensure that they can focus on their core business.

Tasks

As a Student Assistant in HR Customer Care & Recruiting, you are the first point of contact for customers and candidates and accompany the recruiting process from initial contact to appointment scheduling.

Your tasks include:

  • Active Sourcing and identification of suitable candidates through LinkedIn
  • Independent communication with candidates throughout the application process
  • Care and communication with our customers, as well as processing of inquiries
  • Coordination of appointments and synchronization between customers and candidates
  • Maintenance and documentation of recruiting activities in our systems
  • Tight collaboration with the Recruiting team

You work daily with digital applications, including:

  • LinkedIn (Active Sourcing & Recruiting)
  • Slack (internal communication)
  • Trello (task and project management)

Qualification

  • Enrolled student:in (e.g. BWL, economics, psychology, HR, communication, etc.)
  • First experience in recruiting, customer service, or personnel department of advantage
  • Communication strength and joy in dealing with people
  • Professional and friendly demeanor on the phone and in written communication
  • Self-reliant, structured, and reliable work style
  • Safe handling of digital tools and modern communication platforms
  • Fluent German skills in writing and speaking
