Boardwise is an innovative SaaS company that helps companies optimize their leadership teams and boards through data-driven decision-making. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a motivated student assistant in recruiting to support our team in recruiting top talent in both the Go-to-Market and Tech areas.

Your Tasks
As a student assistant in recruiting, you will be an important part of our Talent Acquisition Team and help us win outstanding talents for our company. Your tasks include:

  • Publishing job postings: You will be responsible for creating and publishing job postings on various platforms.
  • Bias-free screening: You will support us in the initial selection of applications and conduct first screenings to identify the best talents.
  • Conducting screening calls: You will conduct initial conversations with applicants to check their suitability for the respective position and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordination with hiring managers: You will be in close exchange with hiring managers to clarify the requirements for candidates and efficiently manage the entire recruitment process.
  • Active sourcing: You will help us find suitable talents for open positions through targeted research and outreach – both for Go-to-Market and Tech positions.
  • Onboarding of student assistants: You will be the point of contact for our student assistants, accompany the onboarding process, and ensure that they settle in well with us.

Your Profile

  • You are enrolled in a study program (ideally economics, psychology, HR or similar).
  • You have already gained experience in recruiting (desirable).
  • You have ideal experience working with KI-based tools and ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • You are a communicative person who enjoys talking to people and interacting.
  • You work independently, structured, and bring organizational talent.
  • You have experience working with the common MS-Office applications.
  • Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking are required.
  • You can work at least 15 hours per week and are ideally available for at least 6 months.
