Working Student in Project Management

• You will support our Product Consulting team in their daily work and occasionally take on tasks within customer projects, such as creating websites and landing pages.
• In response to customer inquiries, you will make adjustments in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, or our automation software.
• You will be responsible for documenting the project progress with regard to relevant milestones in the project management tool.
• You will support our onsite team with data integration between online registration and on-site solutions.
• You will be responsible for the configuration, testing, and shipping of hardware (e.g., scanners).
• You will support our customers with on-site access management (incl. setup and dismantling) as well as remote support.
• You will actively participate in process optimization projects and contribute your own ideas and suggestions.

• You are still enrolled at a university for at least 3 semesters and are ideally studying (Business) Computer Science or a similar/comparable field.
• You want to work 16-20 hours per week.
• You are IT-savvy, confident in using various programs, or willing to learn new software.
• You already have basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript and are eager to expand it.
• You have a service-oriented mindset, good communication and teamwork skills, and are also keen on direct customer contact.
• In addition to fluent German, you have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• A careful and structured way of working is a matter of course for you.
