Student Assistant in Social Media / Content for Health Shakes Tech Start-up in Munich

About us:

hyshake is a Munich-based Food-Tech startup that offers fresh, functional shakes directly where they are needed – at the gym, during sports, or in everyday life. We are two founders with backgrounds at Red Bull, Amazon, and Siemens Inhouse Consulting, and we're building hyshake consistently like a Tech company: data-driven, scalable, with strong brand awareness. Our MVP is currently being developed in collaboration with Beat81 – one of the leading boutique fitness providers in Germany. We're just starting out – and that's exactly what makes it an opportunity.

Tasks

You'll support us in building and maintaining our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok). You'll create content – from idea to implementation: Reels, Stories, Posts. You'll develop a content calendar and bring your own creative ideas into play. You'll analyze what works and optimize continuously. You're close to the product, close to the team – and you see directly how your work affects things.

Qualification

You're enrolled in a study program related to Marketing, Communication, Media, or something similar. You have a genuine feel for social media – you know what works on TikTok and Instagram right now and why. You bring initial experience in content creation with (your own channels count). You work independently, reliably, and are eager to build something from scratch in an early startup. You're proficient in German, English is a plus. Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is beneficial – not required.
