Student Assistant in Recruiting / Sales - 1334

We are a young startup in the IT market and are looking for a new team member for our Head Office in the heart of Leipzig as of now. Tasks

• Support the Recruiting department in posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
• Maintenance and updating of candidate, customer, and employee data in CRM and ATS systems
• Support the tender team in reviewing and processing public tenders
• Processing of existing customer inquiries and support in active sourcing
• Tight cooperation with internal departments to ensure smooth processes

Qualification

• Student in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, human resources management, computer science or comparable)
• Familiarity with MS Office and ideally first experience with CRM or ATS systems (e.g. StaffIT)
• Meticulous and structured work approach with a high level of self-initiative
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Availability of at least 15-20 hours per week
