As a working student in Performance Marketing, you'll dive into the world of content, ads, and community – and help make our brand even more visible nationally and internationally. Your goal: to learn, grow, and co-create. 🚀

Your Mission:

📝 Develop creator briefings:
You create concepts for UGC creators that convey our brand vision.

📱 Manage content:
You accompany the collaboration with creators, review content, and select the best ideas for our campaigns.

👀 Keep an eye on trends:
You observe social media and influencer marketing trends and bring fresh impulses to the team.

🎬 Edit & optimize videos:
You coordinate post-production or get hands-on yourself.

🤝 Support the team:
You are an important part of the marketing team for campaigns, ads, and organizational tasks.

What you bring

• You are studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable field.

• You are organized, creative, and have a good feel for social media & content.

• You are eager to learn new things and develop further in performance marketing.

• First experience in marketing or content creation is a plus – but not a must!

• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
