As Work Student*in in the Finance Department, you will work directly with our CFO. You will have touchpoints with all usual financial topics (e.g., financing, controlling, planning, and reporting).

Aufgaben

📋 What you do:

• Accounting: You reconcile our creditor invoices and prepare the release of the department addresses accordingly.
• Planning & Budgeting: You support the annual planning process to prepare both the budget and the company's strategic plan as precisely as possible.
• Reporting: You support the CFO in setting up processes to optimize controlling in the company and building suitable report structures. You stay on track and don't give up.
• Data Alignment & Maintenance: You understand databases, maintain financial data, create reports, and other documents - always with great accuracy and precision.
• Software & AI Integration: You test and implement new software solutions and innovative AI tools in the finance department, optimize our internal workflows through targeted prompting, and actively drive the digitalization of our processes forward.

Qualification

👍 What you bring:

• You are an enrolled student*in in business administration (ideally with a focus on accounting, controlling, or finance).
• You always keep the overview and know how to set priorities.
• You are technically skilled and quickly understand connections.
• Data and large tables don't scare you, but rather bring you joy.
• First work experience in the finance department? That's super!
• You stand out with your precise working method. Even when it comes to administrative tasks, you stay structured and detail-oriented.
• You are tech-savvy, quickly learn new tools, bring an understanding of AI tools, and have ideally first experiences in prompting.
