Work Student:in in the Data & Social Media Department

We are Based - THE Social Media Agency in Nuremberg. We develop strategies, produce content, and manage campaigns for companies and brands that want to use social media meaningfully and effectively. Whether it's Reddit, TikTok, Threads, Insta, LinkedIn, or Facebook. We're there where the target audience is. Paid, Organic, Creator Management, Community management - you name it.

We've been active in the Social Game since 2008. In 2023, we founded Based as our own agency. As a Work Student:in, you won't be just support at the edge, but a fixed part of the team. You'll work on real customer projects with, take responsibility, and get insights into the daily life of a real social media agency – with experienced colleagues by your side who are happy to share their knowledge.

Tasks

• You prepare social media data and support our clients with reporting.
• You research competitors, trends, and new developments on social media.
• You support our team in community management and publishing.
• You keep our project daily life running and support the colleagues where needed.

Qualification

• Interest in data, numbers, and analytical questions.
• A structured, meticulous, and reliable working style.
• Eigeninitiative and willingness to get involved in operational daily life.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Curiosity about digital topics; interest in social media is helpful but not necessary.
• A registered student with at least two remaining semesters.
• Availability from 10 hours per week.
