Working Student: Human Resources & Recruiting (m/f/d)

We are looking for you from immediately at our location in Munich!
Your Responsibilities
Data and AI shape our daily lives. Your challenges include:
- Supporting our recruiting team in the entire application process - from job posting to hiring
- Initial screening of incoming applications and support in the pre-selection of suitable candidates
- Coordination and organization of interviews as well as communication with applicants and specialist departments
- In the long term, independently conducting initial telephone or virtual interviews (pre-screenings) and documenting interview results
- Support with administrative and operational HR tasks along the entire employee lifecycle, especially in creating documents from templates, maintaining personnel data, and planning and implementing the hiring and onboarding process for our new Data.Musketeers
- Contributing to exciting projects in the People department
Your Profile
Data is in your DNA? This is what you should bring:
- Ongoing studies in business, social sciences, humanities, business administration, human resources, or a comparable field of study
- Interest in recruiting and human resources topics, and ideally initial practical experience, e.g., through internships or working student positions
- Very good communication skills and a confident and friendly demeanor
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- High team spirit and enjoyment of working with people
- Proficient in the common MS Office applications
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
