Tasks

• You maintain employee data and documents, support HR administration, and actively work on optimizing our HR processes.
• You collect and prepare strategic information for employee development and support the derivation of suitable measures.
• You create and prepare evaluations that help us make informed decisions in HR.
• You support recruitment, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and communicating with applicants.
• You work closely with HR leadership and gain insights into all relevant HR areas.

Qualification

• You are currently a student of economics, psychology, or a comparable field.
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• You bring first-hand experience as an intern or student assistant, or high motivation to learn something new.
• You work structured and reliable.
• You have a pleasure in dealing with people, interest in recruitment, employee development, and organization.
• You bring a sensible handling of MS Office; experiences with HR tools are a plus but not a must.
