Tasks

You collect practical experiences:

• You have the opportunity to gain diverse experiences in the HR department and bring your own ideas into play.

Support in recruitment:

• You help find new talents by creating job postings, publishing them, and screening applications. Additionally, you actively search for potential candidates on LinkedIn.

Participation in HR projects:

• You work actively on the development and implementation of HR processes with your own ideas.

Organization of training measures:

• You support in planning and organizing trainings, workshops, and internal further education measures for our employees.

Administrative tasks:

• You maintain employee data in our systems and support the HR team with other administrative tasks.

Employee engagement and development:

• You work on projects to promote employee satisfaction and development.

On- and offboarding:

• You support the smooth transition of new employees and accompany exit processes.

Company-wide projects:

• You support company-wide projects, such as sustainability certifications.

Qualification

You are a registered student:

• You are currently studying business administration, psychology, or a related field with a focus on human resources management.

Affinity to HR topics:

• Ideal candidate has first-hand experience in this area, is communicative, and enjoys working with people.

Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility:

• You have initiative, a sense of responsibility, and quick comprehension. Additionally, you maintain overview even when faced with high project volumes and complex processes.

Linguistic competence:

• You have secure written and spoken German skills as well as fluent English skills.
