We are looking for you as Werkstudent*in HR, if you are passionate about inspiring people through your communicative skills and structured work approach. We have grown from 30 to over 80 employees within a year and will continue to do so. Build with us the perfect Employee & Onboarding Journey for new Materanis. Work with us in Berlin in the office or flexibly hybrid. Start immediately or within the next three months.

Aufgaben

Your role at Matera:

• You design the onboarding of new team members – from first contact to the first workday.
• You organize our office life – material orders, workstation setups & everything that keeps the store running
• Besides your core tasks, you also help with administrative topics like payroll and contract adjustments
• You plan team events & offsites – whether Lunch & Learn, Summer Party or our regular MATERA Nights
• You work closely with your Team Lead HR Cindy, our Werkstudentin in HR Chantal, and our Recruiter Steffen – but get a lot of responsibility for your own projects
  Getting to know Matera and supporting exciting projects

Qualifikation

You bring:

• You enjoy goal-oriented communication as well as personnel topics and want to learn a lot here
• You work structured, detailed, and can organize yourself well
• Nice to have: You have first experience with HR topics through a study or internship
• Must have: You speak German at C2 level and fluent English
