Student Assistant HR / People Operations (m/w/d) - 10-15 hours per week

• You want to gain practical experience in HR and actively contribute to building and improving modern personnel processes?
• In this role, you will support our team on all topics related to HR organization, Personio, and internal HR processes.
• You will quickly become the go-to person for HR topics within the team and help develop our processes around contracts, absences, onboarding/offboarding, and HR tools.
• You will receive a lot of autonomy, can bring in your own ideas, and actively participate in developing our HR structures.

Tasks

• Support in maintaining and developing our HR tool Personio
• Contact person for the team on questions about Personio, absences, and HR processes
• Support with contract- and accounting-related topics
• Maintenance and management of employee data, contracts, and HR documents
• Participation in developing our HR structures and concepts
• Creation and optimization of onboarding and offboarding concepts
• Support with internal HR projects and process optimizations
• Taking over HR projects independently with increasing responsibility
• Optional: Support with topics related to payroll processing and preliminary payrolls

Qualification

• You are studying business administration, human resources management, or a comparable field with an HR focus
• Ideal candidate has already gained some practical experience in the HR field (e.g., internship or student assistantship)
• First experience with Personio or other HR tools is a plus
• You are proficient in German at a native speaker level
• You are not in your final semester, as we wish for a longer-term collaboration
• You work structured, reliable, and responsibly
• You think independently, critically, and solution-oriented
• You bring motivation to improve processes and bring in new ideas
