Job description

Do you have a knack for people, organizational talent in your blood, and find corporate culture and interaction more exciting than Excel spreadsheets?

With us, it's about more than to-dos and tables. With us, you'll accompany new colleagues as they settle in, support recruiting, contribute your own ideas for our team culture, and help make HR processes leaner and smarter.

If you're eager to bring People & Culture to life, help shape it, and contribute your ideas, then: Welcome to the Team as a Working Student in the People & Culture department.

Your mission with us

  • Onboarding & Employee Support You ensure that new colleagues settle in well. You help with onboarding, think about the small details, and are always available if someone has a question.
  • HR Administration Contracts, lists, documents. Sounds dry (and sometimes it is), but it's important. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all information lands exactly where it belongs.
  • Recruiting You take over initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and help find the right people for our team.
  • Talent Management: You support employee surveys and personality tests.
  • Training and Development: Do you want to make knowledge tangible? Perfect! You support the creation and digitalization of internal training, contribute your own ideas, and help ensure that learning with us sounds like motivation, not an obligation.
  • Culture & Team Spirit You contribute ideas on how to keep our team life vibrant, whether through small activities, workshops, or joint events. You can get creative here.
  • Benefits & Employee Retention You talk to colleagues, listen, ask questions, and find out what they really need, and help develop benefits that are more than just fruit and free water.
  • Processes & Further Development We are in the process of rebuilding many of our HR processes, and you can actively help shape them. If you're keen to question structures, simplify things, and develop smart solutions, you'll fit perfectly into the team.

What you bring

  • You are an enrolled student in a degree program such as Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a similar field.
  • You have already gained initial insights into HR, recruiting, or personnel development.
  • You have an interest in People & Culture, corporate culture, and talent development.
  • You work independently, think proactively, and contribute your own ideas to make things better.
  • Communication is your strength. You are empathetic, open, and cheerful.
  • You handle sensitive data responsibly and work in a structured manner, even when dealing with multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Experience with HR tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • And very importantly: You are eager to develop further and actively participate in processes that we are currently building.

What we offer

  • A diverse role that you can actively help shape.
  • We foster your personal and professional development and allow you to grow in your role.
  • Up to 30 days of vacation (based on a 5-day week), because rest is just as important as your commitment.
  • Job ticket, eGym Wellpass, or monthly €50 vouchers for online shopping.

Does this sound exactly like you? It's a Match!
We look forward to getting to know you!
