Working Student: HR (m/f/d)

AKM Wundmanagement is a fast-growing company in outpatient wound care. As a working student in the HR department, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day HR operations from the very beginning and gain real insights into recruiting, personnel processes, and the development of efficient HR structures. You will work where decisions are made and can contribute your ideas directly.

Tasks

• You will support our HR team in the entire recruiting process – from job postings and applicant communication to onboarding.
• You will maintain employee data and personnel files and ensure smooth HR administration processes.
• You will participate in shaping and optimizing our HR processes – digital, efficient, and people-centered.
• You will create reports and smaller analyses that help us to further develop HR topics based on data.

Qualifications

• You are a registered student in business, human resource management, or a comparable field of study.
• You work independently, are solution-oriented, and enjoy contributing fresh ideas.
• You enjoy interacting with people and have a good sense for interpersonal topics.
• Reliability, team spirit, and responsible handling of confidential data are a matter of course for you.
• First HR experience is a plus, but not a requirement – your motivation is more important to us.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
