AKM Wundmanagement is a strongly growing company in the field of external wound care. As an HR student:in, you'll be actively involved in HR operations from the start and receive genuine insights into recruiting, personnel processes, and building efficient HR structures. You'll work where decisions are made, and you can bring your ideas directly into the process.

Tasks

• You'll support our HR team throughout the entire recruiting process – from job posting to candidate communication and onboarding
• You'll maintain employee data and personnel records and ensure smooth processes in HR administration
• You'll contribute to shaping and optimizing our HR processes – digitally, efficiently, and people-centered
• You'll create reports and small evaluations that help us further develop HR topics data-based

Qualification

• You're enrolled in a degree program in the field of economics, human resources management, or a comparable field
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and enjoy bringing in fresh ideas
• You have fun interacting with people and a good sense for interpersonal themes
• Reliability, teamwork, and responsible handling of confidential data are second nature to you
• First HR experience is a plus, but not a must – what's important to us is your motivation
• Secure handling of MS Office and digital tools
