HR Student Assistant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a work student assistant who is eager to think about our HR work and really shape it.
Labor law is part of that, just like our external appearance and the question of how we are perceived as an employer.

Tasks

You will work closely with us and be involved in both daily business and further topics:

• Support in labor law questions and independent research on current topics
• Participation in creating and adapting contracts, guidelines, and internal documents
• Preliminary preparation and processing of labor law cases and internal consultations
• Presentation of complex topics for internal communication and presentations
• Development of our HR presence together with us, for example in the area of personnel marketing and internal communication
• Support in cross-functional HR themes and projects
• Naturally, that also includes daily business operations

Qualification

You don't have to be perfect at everything, what's important is how you approach things:

• Studies in the field of law, economics, or HR
• Interest in labor law and a willingness to apply your knowledge practically
• You have a desire to contribute, think ahead, and drive things forward
• A structured work style and a good sense for confidential matters
• Very good communication skills in German, English is a plus
• Safe handling of MS Office
