Working Student: HR & AI Operations (m/f/d)

talentsconnect is transforming its own HR into a Hybrid Resources Department: people and AI work together, as a way of working and not as a pilot project. As a working student in HR & Operations, you will work on this and become part of the Best Home Team, our Shared Function of HR, Finance, and Backoffice. There, you will work closely with Samira, our Chief Hybrid Resources Officer, and Raphael, our Chief of Finance.

Your Role

• HR Processes: You will support our processes in the Employee Lifecycle, for example, onboarding and offboarding, and ensure they run smoothly.

• Contracts and Documents: You will keep our filing up to date, digitize, sort, create new documents cleanly, and tidy up the legacy items that no one has touched for a long time.

• Office Organization: You will keep the office operations running, from mail to orders to the Deutschlandticket.

• Events: From Company Days to workshops to the Christmas party, you will support the planning of our internal company events.

• Automation and AI-first: Wherever your tasks can be digitized or handed over to AI, we will do exactly that. You will automate and build agents for the entire Hybrid Resources Department together with us.

• On-site at the office: Due to your tasks, it is a must-have that you live in Cologne and come to the office one to two days a week. If it doesn't work out one week, that's not a problem, and especially during the intensive exam period, you can also work remotely. But at its core, this is a hybrid role, partly on-site, partly remote.

• You are a currently enrolled student. Your studies will continue for at least two more semesters.

• First touchpoints with HR and office life, such as supporting onboarding and offboarding, organizing a Christmas party, or helping with office procedures.

• You already work with AI. For your studies, for your own projects, for your organization. You don't need to know how to program and don't need to be a professional. But you know the basic functions and are enthusiastic about an environment where this is part of everyday life.

• You enjoy organizing and are reliable. Structured and also creative, thinking outside the box.

• You ask questions when you don't know something, but still take the first step yourself.

• German and English language skills: We work approximately 90 percent in German, which is why you need German at C2 level. You need English less often, but then you should be able to speak in meetings.

What matters most: Drive. You are eager to learn, want to really push topics forward, and don't wait for someone to tell you what's next.
