Tasks

Your tasks

As a Work Student*in in the area of HR & Marketing, you will support us in making our vision visible and finding the right people for our work:

• 📱 Social Media with sense (Content creation, post planning, reach expansion)
• 👥 Support in Recruiting – finding people who want to actively shape education
• 📋 Event organization (e.g. team or recruiting events)
• 🚀 Participation in projects in the personnel and marketing department

Qualification

You bring with you

You are an enrolled student, ideally in a relevant field of study (e.g. communication, marketing, HR, social sciences, etc.)

• Interest in HR, Marketing, and Social Media
• Self-motivated, structured work style
• Pleasure in meaningful work in the social sector
