Working Student: HR & Business Development (m/f/d)

• Holistic Applicant Management: I will accompany the complete selection process – from job posting and independent applicant screening to participating in interviews and subsequent decision-making.

• Process & Onboarding Optimization: I will conceptualize and improve HR structures by creating interview guides and case studies, and by making the onboarding process for new employees more efficient.

• Team Culture & Events: I will actively take care of our company culture and plan team events and employee anniversaries, among other things, to strengthen positive interaction and cohesion.

• Business Development: I will research and analyze, prepare presentations, and develop strategic concepts together with the team.

• Administrative Tasks: I will support daily operations and handle organizational activities.

• I am enthusiastic about topics related to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Experience.

• I bring strong communication skills, empathy, and an independent way of working.

• I work in a structured, reliable, and analytical manner and like to contribute my own ideas.

• I use Microsoft programs proficiently and know the most important Excel functions.

• I enjoy learning new things, like to get involved, and am a true team player.

• I want to work 15 - 20 hours per week as a working student alongside my studies.
