Intern HR (all genders) – People Operations & Active Sourcing

Why are we looking?

As an HR Assistant, you'll learn the entire HR spectrum at our company - from Active Sourcing to On- and Offboarding. You'll work in a consulting firm where sustainability is not just a label, but the core of our business: We advise our clients on their path to more sustainability, and you'll shape the framework with the HR team actively.

Your tasks

• Talent Scout: Recruiting, Active Sourcing, Direct Address, Screening - you build candidate pipelines, make selection decisions, coordinate & accompany interviews for our consultants.
• People Operator: From Onboarding to Offboarding - you keep processes running and ensure a smooth Employee Lifecycle.
• Workflow-Tuner: You develop ideas on how we can shape HR even smarter, digital, and more effective.
• Data-Connector: Maintenance and evaluation of HR data, support for reports, alignment with Finance, Marketing, and Team Leads.

We're looking for

• Einschriebene*r student*in (BWL, Psychology, HR or something else)
• Interest in Recruiting & the HR world, ideally with first-hand experience
• Structured, reliable work style and professional appearance
• Communication skills in German and English
