Working Student: Guest Service (m/f/d)

As a working student (m/f/d) Guest Service, you will take on a central role in our operational day-to-day business at Hotel Miano by Limehome. Your focus will be on morning breakfast service, bar operations, and at the same time, you will be a central point of contact at the front desk with an open ear for all our guests' concerns and wishes.

As a 'Host with heart', you will be responsible for these tasks:

• Breakfast & Bar Service: Attentive service at our breakfast buffet, restocking, and preparation of classic coffee specialties, teas, hot beverages, and cocktails

• Guest Service: Warm welcome, answering guest inquiries (such as excursion tips, directions, or reservations), and professional complaint management

• Atmosphere & Order: Ensuring a well-maintained, clean, and inviting ambiance throughout the lounge area

• Organization: Receiving, checking, and storing goods, as well as preparing the mise-en-place for the following day

• Team Spirit & Interface: Close coordination with the team to ensure a smooth operation

What you need to reach for the stars with us:

• Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as a confident demeanor

• Ideally, initial experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or the service industry

• Organizational skills and the ability to work in a structured manner even in lively situations

• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and weekends

• Team spirit, initiative, and a strong hands-on mentality
