Werkstudent/in GTM Content & Sales Enablement (m/w/d)

Part Time Entry Level

Job description

First Content Role at Northbound. You turn internal knowledge into concrete content that strengthens our sales and makes us more visible.

You use Voice Notes from the Founder, Customer Calls, Product Updates, Pilot Results, and Learnings from Sales Conversations.

This is not a classical Social Media Role, no Calendar Management, and no Performance Marketing. It's about creating concrete assets every week that sales and the Founder can actually use.

About us

We're building AI Agents that automate customs declarations.

What today costs 30 to 90 minutes of manual work per declaration - documents reviewed, data extracted, checked, and transferred to customs software - our Agent does in a few minutes.

What sets us apart:

  • Real customers, real proofs: Mid-Market and Enterprise pay for our product. Notably Kuehne+Nagel, Stihl, TEDi, Globus Baumarkt, and SW Zoll.
  • Strong tailwind: VC-financed, with DSV as a strategic investor.
  • Small, focused, fast: 5 people with impact, an office in central Berlin, short distances, plenty of responsibility.

We have customers, product proofs, Founder expertise, and clear sales learnings. What we lack: more visibility outside and better sales-enabled assets that we can reuse.

Tasks

Many good contents already exist internally. They're not yet neatly packaged.

You turn them into something useful every week:

  • LinkedIn posts for our Founder, based on Voice Notes, Calls, and real learnings
  • Sales Enablement Assets like One-Pager, Outbound Hooks, Objection Handling, and Follow-up Snippets
  • Website content, such as new or improved Use-Case Sections, explanations, and landing pages
  • Case Studies and Proof Snippets from our existing customer base
  • Simple visuals and carousels in Figma or Canva

The most important quality of your work: Northbound should sound like Northbound, not like every other SaaS company.

SUCCESS is content that a Head of Customs or Head of Supply Chain reads and thinks: “They really understand our problem.”

What we want to avoid: generic KI content that sounds professional but says nothing.

What we build together

In the first few months, it's mainly about:

  • A settled LinkedIn rhythm
  • A small library of sales assets
  • One or two improved website Use-Case Sections
  • First Case Studies and Proof Snippets
  • A weekly content rhythm that runs without constant pushing

You don't have to be able to do everything already. But you should be good at writing, clear thinking, and eager to quickly get into a real B2B topic.

Qualification

Must-haves

  • You're in your last year of your Bachelor's or Master's degree, the field is secondary
  • You have at least 6 months availability, preferably longer
  • You write very good, natural German
  • You can work and write well in English
  • You can explain complex topics clearly and concisely without marketing jargon
  • You turn rough inputs, such as Voice Notes, Call Transcripts, or Product Updates, into usable drafts
  • You use AI as a lever, recognizing when something sounds generic
  • You work reliably and bring things to an end
  • You're curious about B2B, Startups, Sales, and operational topics

You don't have to be a customs expert. But you should not be afraid of topics that don't immediately sound sexy. That's where the excitement lies: We work on real operational problems that big companies really spend money, time, and nerves on.

Plus points

  • You've already produced public content, such as LinkedIn, Newsletter, Blog, or website texts
  • You can show 2 to 3 good writing samples
  • You have first-hand experience in B2B, SaaS, Startups, Sales, Marketing, or Communication
  • You have a good feel for clear visuals in Figma or Canva

Benefits

  • Fair hourly rate of 18 EUR per hour
  • Office in central Berlin. Short distances, small team, fast decisions.
  • Flexibility around your studies. Hybrid with regular presence at the Berlin office and flexible working hours.
  • Clear setup: You get clear tasks, short feedback paths, and real insight into sales, product, and Founder communication. A long-term collaboration is explicitly desired.
  • Earned responsibility from day one. You're the first Content Role at Northbound. You build on, rather than manage.
  • Direct access to the Founder and Sales team. Operationally, you work with the sales team, strategic input comes from the Founder.

Send us:

  1. CV or LinkedIn profile
  2. 2 to 3 writing samples (LinkedIn, Blog, Newsletter, Website. Whatever works, as long as it's informative)

No cover letter needed.

The process:

  1. 30-minute get-to-know-you conversation
  2. A small practice task
  3. Final call with the Founder
