Working Student Growth, Performance Marketing, AI (m/f/d) 10-20h/week
Job description
We are 99markets – a digital growth and performance marketing agency. We support companies in growing efficiently through paid advertising campaigns and data-driven marketing.
For our team, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) who wants to take on responsibility, works independently, and is eager to dive deep into the world of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Content, and Growth Marketing.
Responsibilities
Support in planning, creating, and optimizing Meta and TikTok campaigns
Creation of advertisements, creatives, and campaign structures
Analysis of campaign data and derivation of optimization measures
Researching trends, target groups, and competitors
Support with content concepts for social media
Involvement in video and content projects
Development of new ideas for creatives, hooks, and advertising formats
Support with customer projects in the areas of performance marketing, social media, and growth marketing
Qualifications
Ongoing studies in marketing, communications, business, or a comparable field
Initial practical experience in online marketing, social media, or performance marketing, video/content creation is a plus
Proficient use of social media platforms
Understanding of good content and digital trends
Independent, structured way of working, creativity
Interest in AI tools and modern marketing workflows
Good German and English language skills
