Your Position

• After Sales and Customer Service: Your central task is so-called “Happy Calls” to our existing customers with already installed systems. You will actively contact customers by phone, systematically gather satisfaction, and collect structured feedback for improving our services. The insights gained will flow directly into the optimization of our after-sales processes as well as marketing campaigns.
• Events and Customer Contact: You will plan and accompany small local events and engage in personal exchange with customers there. You will contribute your own ideas for the further development of customer engagement and campaigns.
• Collaboration: You will work cross-locationally with over 50 locations throughout Germany and gain comprehensive insights into a dynamically growing company.

Your Profile

• You are still enrolled at a German university for at least two more semesters and can support us from now on with 15-20 hours per week, ideally in Berlin.
• Language Skills: Fluent German skills at native-speaker level are required for communication with our customers.
• Strength: You are very communicative, persuasive, and have no fear of phone calls, numbers, and analyses.
• Initiative: You like to get involved, take responsibility, work independently, and want to actively contribute to driving the energy transition.
