relokate helps companies relocate international talent to Germany. We are a female-led, remote-first team based in Berlin, founded in 2020. Our relocation software, our immigration experts, and our network of independent partner lawyers cover the entire visa and relocation process. So far, we have supported 1,500+ relocations, for companies ranging from Volkswagen to KoRo.

Our marketing and sales are built on an AI-first approach, and we are looking for someone who thinks the same way.

Your Role

This is a hands-on role: you will work directly with management and our marketing team from day one.

• You will continue and continuously develop our proven LinkedIn outreach strategy in close coordination with management and the team.
• You will turn interactions with our content into conversations: You will identify relevant contacts, stay in touch with them, and guide them through our funnel until a booked appointment.
• You will automate this process step by step and build and optimize workflows with AI tools.
• You will review and create lead magnets that appeal to HR and talent teams who hire internationally.
• You will build an automated content flow for relokate's company profile on LinkedIn and turn our existing content into a consistent presence. Our content team takes care of SEO, GEO, and content creation; you will ensure that the content is also used on social media.
• You will test messaging, measure what works, and develop our outreach based on data.
• You will keep an eye on our You will regularly analyze reports from LinkedIn, Google Search Console, and our outreach tools, identify trends, evaluate what works and what doesn't, and derive concrete recommendations for our strategy.

What you bring

• Enrolled student, ideally at a tech or startup-oriented university like CODE University Berlin, or with a comparable mindset
• AI-native thinking: You reach for AI tools and automation by default, not as an afterthought
• Strong technical understanding and an entrepreneurial, process-oriented way of working
• Fluent English and German are a must; our team language is English
• Eagerness to get started immediately and take responsibility

What we offer

• 17 EUR per hour to start
• Start on November 10, 2026, with a short and fast application process
• Fully remote with flexible hours, approximately 3 to 3.5 hours per day
• You will learn how B2B marketing and sales scale with AI: from building automated funnels to data-driven control
• You will work hands-on with LinkedIn signals and gain deep insights into LinkedIn Ads, thought leadership campaigns, and retargeting
• You will work with our specialized LinkedIn agency, which supports us as a sparring partner, and learn directly from experts
• You will get our complete tool stack from day one, and if another setup better suits your way of working, we are open and flexible
• Short communication channels and real responsibility: You will work directly with management and see the effect of your work immediately
