Working Student Graphic Design for Social Media (m/f/d)
Job description
ㅤㅤ
familie redlich was founded in Berlin in 2001 by Andre Redlich. The goal: Communication that makes a difference. For companies, institutions, products, and brands. The offering: Real cross-media communication, topic and mobilization campaigns, as well as holistic, classic, and creative full service. Tailored to the target group and with common sense and good judgment.
With us, you will find exciting topics, smart minds, nice people – and a lot of fun at work. This is partly due to the tasks of our clients, for whom we give our best out of conviction. And partly due to the people we enjoy working with. Respect and mutual appreciation make it possible. How do we work? With good processes and a lot of passion and dedication. That doesn't just sound good. It feels that way too.
This is what you will do with us:
- As a working student in graphic design, you will support our creative team in designing and implementing visual content for social media and digital campaigns. You will work on graphics, animations, and videos for our clients – primarily in the area of socio-political communication.
- You will work in a 13-person creative team where different design styles, experiences, and perspectives come together. In our dailies and through close exchange with each other, you will learn from experienced designers, contribute your ideas, and develop professionally and creatively.
- You will support the design of social media content (postings, stories, reels, and ads) as well as the editing and animation of short video formats. You will actively contribute your design ideas to the creative process.
- You will participate in the production and editing of video content and support the post-production of material from shoots, events, and in-house productions.
This is what you bring with you:
- You are an enrolled student at a state-recognized university in the field of graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable degree program, and you still have at least 12 months of your studies ahead of you.
- You are familiar with the design requirements and current trends of various social media platforms and have a good sense for visual communication and platform-specific content.
- You enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with complex and socially relevant topics and preparing content in a visually understandable and appealing way.
- You have good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) as well as initial experience in video editing and animation.
- You enjoy working in a team, communicate openly, and bring motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative.
- You have very good German language skills (at least C1).
You can look forward to:
- Contemporary Work Culture: We are constantly trying out new ways through ongoing exchange with each other.
- Flexibility and Responsibility: Working hours that suit you, your team, and your tasks, as well as independent work within the team, are important to us.
- Open Corporate Culture: A relaxed working atmosphere, short decision-making processes, and room for your own ideas characterize us. As does strong team cohesion and a respectful and appreciative approach to each other.
- Space and Time for Team Exchange: Twice a year, our teams discuss self-chosen topics in offsite retreats away from everyday life.
- Open, bright, and modern rooms, massages at the agency, great agency parties, free drinks, a dog-friendly office – and of course, open and very nice colleagues who are looking forward to meeting you!
