Student Assistant for Study & Project Coordination

You will be part of the Monitoring & Analysis team and provide organizational and technical support. Depending on your skills and prior experience, your main tasks will be as follows:

• You will assist in the conception, coordination, and support of research studies.
• You will assist in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of working meetings and workshops and will manage invitations.
• You will research and prepare information for the creation of briefing documents.
• You will assist in the creation of presentations and reports.
• You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of workshops.
• You will undertake organizational tasks within your team.

• You are a student in a degree program in social sciences, political science, engineering & business administration, or a comparable field, preferably in a higher semester.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the (statistical) evaluation of surveys.
• Ideally, through your studies or a previous student assistant position, you have knowledge in the area of questionnaire design and study design.
• You have a strong interest in battery-electric mobility and charging infrastructure and want to help shape the energy transition in transport and work at the interface between business, research, and politics.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner.
• You have very good German and good English language skills.
