Student Assistant for IT Support & Digital Tools

IT systems, digital tools, and workflows are exactly your thing? Then we're looking for you, starting immediately with 10-20 hours a week, initially for one year - an extension is planned.

We're looking for an engaged, technically skilled support person who enjoys taking care of our IT systems and actively shaping the introduction of new digital tools. If you like working solution-oriented, have fun with technology, and want to take on responsibility, then you're exactly right with us.

Tasks

• Digitalization of work processes: Analysis of existing processes and development of digital solutions
• Automatization & AI: Automating recurring tasks & using AI for support
• Support in IT Support: First-Level-Support for colleagues
• System maintenance: Setting up laptops and mobile devices, managing user accounts and software licenses
• Dokumentation & Knowledge Transfer
• Programming
  & Tool Development (depending on your knowledge): Developing small applications or workflows, connecting and using existing systems
  (e.g. Microsoft 365)

Qualification

• You are studying a technical, economic, or similar field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Media Informatics, etc.)
• You have a good understanding of technology, ideally with first experiences in IT support
• You are proficient in using Windows and Microsoft 365
• You have a structured, reliable, and independent working style
• You enjoy explaining technical topics and contacting colleagues
• You bring very good German language skills, good English language skills are a plus
