Job description
tigermedia is a media company from Hamburg, specializing in developing hard- and software as well as content for children. We are pioneers in the industry and emerged in 2018 from the traditional publisher Friedrich Oetinger from Hamburg. Our most popular products include the children's audio streaming service tigertones, the smart hearing box tigerbox, the children's headphones tigerbuddies, and the children's media platform tigerbooks. In 2023, we were awarded the German Customer Service Prize.
Tasks
- Customer Support: You answer support inquiries via email and possibly through other channels – solution-oriented, friendly, and to the point.
- Returns & Shipping: You take care of processing returns as well as shipping our tiger-strong products.
- Evaluation Management: You process customer reviews and actively respond to feedback.
- Community Management: You support the management of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and engage in exchange with our community.
- Allround Support in the Office: You take over diverse organizational and administrative tasks in daily business.
Qualification
- Time & Availability: You have a desire to support us with up to 20 hours per week.
- Student Status: You are currently enrolled.
- Communication Strength: You possess very good German language skills and find the right words even for demanding customer inquiries.
- Work Style: You work reliably, structured, and meticulously.
- Team Spirit: You are a true team player and appreciate exchange with others.
- Personality: You have a desire for new things, bring curiosity – and maybe even a small tiger heart beats in you. 🐯
