Working Student: Founder's Associate (m/f/d) - fully remote or on-site

Work directly with the founders - and help build an educational brand
This is where you come in: As a Working Student Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founders and gain insights that are not available in any corporate internship - from strategy to implementation, often on the same day.
Your tasks
- Founder Support: You will research markets, competitors, and funding opportunities, build presentations and decision-making templates, and drive your own small projects independently.
- Processes & Ops: You will help build and improve our internal processes - from the application process to course organization.
- Marketing & Content: You will support social media, newsletters, and website texts and contribute your own ideas on how to reach our target groups.
- Data & CRM: You will keep our data clean (leads, interested parties, partners) and build simple analyses and reports that help us make better decisions.
The mix adapts to what is currently important and to what you are good at and want to learn.
Your Skills
- You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communication, Social/Educational Sciences – the field of study is less important to us than your drive).
- You work in a structured and independent manner: You don't wait for instructions, but see things through to the end and speak up when you get stuck.
- You write well and enjoy writing in German (min. C1) - for texts, presentations, and emails.
- You are digitally savvy: You can quickly get to grips with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or similar, and you use AI tools as a matter of course (or want to learn).
Plus, not a must: First experience in a startup, in marketing, or with CRM systems - or basic technical understanding (website maintenance, automations).
