Working Student: Founder's Associate (m/f/d) - Internal Projects & Strategy

Location: Berlin (Hybrid possible) | Start: Immediately | Compensation: Above-average €22–25/hour (depending on profile)

As a working student in internal projects & operations, you will become part of our innovation team – and work directly with our CEO on internal company projects with real impact.

Tasks

• Implement Internal Projects: You will accompany internal strategic initiatives from the initial idea to implementation. You will work closely with management and internal teams, ensuring that we efficiently achieve our internal goals – e.g., through process improvement, tool implementation, or structural development.
• Take Responsibility for Own Sub-projects: You will independently take on smaller (sub-)projects – for example, optimizing processes, automation, or internal reporting. You can significantly shape internal topics and take on responsibility.
• AI-Supported Process Optimization: A key focus is the targeted use of artificial intelligence to make internal workflows and processes more efficient. You will identify potential, test AI tools, and support their implementation in our company.
• Proactive Improvements & AI/Tool Scouting: You will support ideation, identify optimization potential, and independently contribute suggestions that make a real difference. You will also track the latest AI tools and technologies, test them, and help with their introduction – with a focus on our internal use.
• Rapid Prototyping & R&D: Together, we will develop internal prototypes, evaluate tools and concepts, and validate new ideas – always with an eye on the further development of our company.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field – you have a growth mindset and bring an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong problem-solving skills: You are a troubleshooter, think analytically, and find pragmatic solutions even in complex situations.
• Hunger for the new & Creativity: You enjoy developing original ideas and implementing them independently into concrete results.
• Technical interest and basic knowledge (e.g., coding) are a plus, but not a must – willingness to learn and a basic understanding of digital tools and processes are more important.
• Very good German and English skills – you communicate confidently in both languages.
• Initiative & Sense of Responsibility: You handle uncertainty with confidence and keep an eye on your projects independently.
• Forward-thinking: You question processes, actively look for opportunities for improvement, and bring new ideas to the team.
• You don't think in client projects, but in company structures – and you want to understand how organizations function and grow from the inside out.
