As a work student in the area of internal projects & operations, you will be part of our innovation team – and work directly with our CEO on internal projects with real impact.

Tasks

• Implementing internal projects: You accompany strategic initiatives from the first idea to implementation. You work closely with the management and internal teams together and ensure that we efficiently achieve our internal goals – for example, through process improvement, tool introduction, or structural setup.
• Own partial projects: You take over smaller (partial) projects independently – for example, to optimize processes, automate, or internal reporting. You can significantly influence internal topics and take responsibility.
• Ai-supported process optimization: A focus lies in using artificial intelligence to deliberately set up internal workflows and processes. You identify potential, test AI tools, and support their implementation in our company.
• Proactive improvements & AI/Tool scouting: You support in ideation, identify optimization potential, and bring in independent suggestions that make a real difference. You follow up on the latest KI tools and technologies, test them, and help with their introduction – with a focus on our internal use.
• Fast prototyping & R&D: Together, we develop internal prototypes, evaluate tools and concepts, and validate new ideas – always with a view to the further development of our company.
