About HYDR8**

HYDR8 is a growing Beverage-Startup in the field of functional electrolyte drinks with listings in over 6,000 markets (e.g. EDEKA, REWE, Müller, Rossmann).

We are currently in an enterprise-defining restructuring phase, where we are reorienting financial structures, processes, and priorities to stabilize and scale the company for the next growth phase.

Your Role

As Werkstudent:in Founders Associate, you will work directly and daily with the founder together.

The focus lies on operational finance and operations themes. You will create financial transparency, prepare decision-making grounds, and support the founder in a challenging company phase in controlling the business.

This role is not a classical student position, but rather targets individuals with high-performer mentality, who take responsibility, think independently, and want to deliver results.

Tasks

• Solo processing of invoices, accounting, and payment flows
• Collaboration on monthly closures and liquidity overviews
• Presentation of financial numbers and analyses as decision-making grounds
• Tight operational cooperation with the founder in daily business
• Ongoing optimization and automation of finance and ops processes
• Support for sales-oriented evaluations and special topics

Qualification

• Ongoing study with economic or financial relevance (ideally Master)
• Very structured, independent, and performance-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility and implementation strength
• Excellent Excel skills
• Affinity to digital tools and process optimization
• Ideal interest in entrepreneurship or own founding
