The Energy Transition has a problem that hardly anyone talks about: stability. While wind and solar parks generate green power, the conventional power plants also disappear, leaving our network without physical pillars. The result? An unstable system that hinders the expansion of renewable energies.

We're Blindleisters. We pursue a clear vision: we make the grid fit for 100% renewable energy. Our software enables wind-, solar- and battery storage to actively market their blind power for the first time. This solves not only a technical core problem of network stability but also creates the economic foundation for a decentralized, green energy system.

We've achieved impressive traction since our founding in early 2025 and are looking for a Founders Associate as an intern from August/September. If you're passionate about technical topics and want to shape the future energy system with 100% renewable energies, we'd be delighted to hear from you.

Tasks

• Direct collaboration with the CEO in all operational matters
• BUILDING AND OPTIMIZING SALES STRUCTURES

• AUTOMATING FINANCIAL PROCESSES AND STRUCTURES
• DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING SCALABLE PROCESSES

Qualification

• Ongoing or completed studies (BWL, VWL, Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik or similar)
• Interest in technology, sustainability or renewable energies
• Motivation to build a scalable company and introduce a completely new solution for the first time on the energy market
• A high degree of reliability and self-reliance
• Excellent communication skills in German, both verbally and in writing
• 0-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup or consulting firm
