acemate develops an AI learning and teaching platform for universities and further education institutions. We have strong momentum, have completed our first financing round and are facing an exciting growth phase. For this, we are now looking for a Working Student:in Founder's Associate who will further accelerate our growth.

acemate was founded in 2024 and is already one of the leading AI learning platforms for universities and further education institutions. Renowned institutions in four countries rely on us - including the University of Cologne, WHU and the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHKs).

• Ammar (Fullstack): Ex‑founder with webdev and blockchain experience, a learning violinist
• Hanna (Marketing): Social media & creative design, Scandinavian sports enthusiast turned Berlin city girl

Tasks

As a Working Student:in Founder's Associate, you will work closely with our CEO Antong. You will have the opportunity to directly participate in strategic and operational key topics - from strategy and sales to marketing, product, operations and growth. Your tasks develop dynamically, and you take responsibility from day one.

Your tasks:

• Drive strategic initiatives: from market expansion and pricing to partnerships
• Turn data into action: Analyze product usage and user behavior, identify growth drivers and optimize monetization
• Conduct market and competitive analyses with a focus on higher education and the EdTech sector.
• Be responsible for internal operations: Improve workflows and processes and scale internal systems in areas such as finance, investor relations and tooling

Qualification

• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a business-related degree program (business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or similar)
• You are communicative and confident in using German and English
• You have 16 – 20 hours a week for this exciting challenge
• You preferably have first experience in Sales or Business Development, but not a must
