Job description
The Role
Our partner company HIO Fitting operates the largest and most modern golf fitting studio in Europe. HIO Fitting sees itself as experts in the field of custom-made golf clubs. After an individual fitting with state-of-the-art technology, the golf clubs are manufactured by hand in our own workshop in the heart of the company headquarters in western Munich. With > 35 employees spread over 1,500 sqm of analysis and workshop space, as well as external locations in the Munich surrounding area and international business relationships, HIO aims to continue growing and thus make its products known worldwide.
Your Fairway
We want to grow with you and fully integrate you into the daily work routine from the start. The following tasks, among others, will be part of your routine:
- Conducting fitting analyses with customers
- Creating offers and providing reports for customers using our company-internal apps
- Further customer communication following the fitting
- Contributing to the shaping of the fitting experience
- Active customer acquisition
- Generating after-sales
- Participating in events + testing new materials
- Contributing to video recordings for marketing purposes (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
Your Scorecard
- Strong technical or analytical skills
- Understanding of golf swing biomechanics
- Ability to interpret ball flight data & club head data
- Competent and friendly interaction with golfers of all skill and age groups
- Technical understanding and confident handling of tablets + apps
- Independent work
- Maximum reliability in customer communication following the fitting
- Athletic demeanor
- Desire to integrate into a dynamic team
