As part of our Finance team, you will support us with key topics related to finance and accounting administration. In this role, you will help to properly document and prepare financial processes. You will work closely with management and the tax office and help to ensure structure and overview in our financial documents.

Your tasks

• Support in the posting and processing of incoming invoices
• Preparation and structured preparation of accounting-relevant documents for the tax office
• Support in the reconciliation and communication with the tax office
• Maintenance and structured filing of invoices, receipts and financially relevant documents
• Support in ensuring order and overview in financial documents and billing processes
• Collaboration on administrative tasks in finance and accounting

What you should bring

• You are enrolled (e.g. in business administration, economics, finance or a similar course of study)
• You have at least one year of practical experience in the area of ​​accounting, finance or commercial administration
• You use Excel confidently and are familiar with numbers
• You work very carefully, structured and conscientiously
• You enjoy detail work, and you keep an overview even with many receipts, numbers and documents
• You handle sensitive financial data discreetly and responsibly
• You have at least C1 level of German, English skills are a plus
