• With us, you will get to know the practical application of modern AI tools and use them to support analysis, reporting, and forecasting processes in order to prepare data-based decisions faster and more efficiently.
• You will be involved in analyses, reports, and statements for the preparation of, for example, monthly key figure discussions.
• You will create outgoing and customer invoices and process invoice inquiries as well as changes within the scope of receivables management.
• You will assist with the recording and posting of incoming invoices as well as with travel expense and credit card statements.
• With us, you will gain exciting insights into accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting and may, under certain circumstances, participate in payment runs as well as monthly and annual financial statements.
• You will contribute your own ideas for process optimization and the further development of billing-relevant processes.

• You are still enrolled at a university for at least 3 semesters and ideally studying Business Administration or a similar/comparable subject.
• You want to work 16-20 hours per week.
• You have a good understanding of numbers, work meticulously, and maintain an overview even with complex tasks.
• You are interested in analytical tasks and business connections and enjoy working with numbers.
• You have a quick grasp and a meticulous work ethic.
• You are strong in communication, engaged, and independent.
• In addition to fluent German, you have very good English skills in speaking and writing.
