• With us, you will get to know the practical application of modern AI tools and use them to support analysis, reporting, and forecasting processes in order to prepare data-based decisions faster and more efficiently.
• You will assist with analyses, reports, and statements for the preparation of, for example, monthly key figure discussions.
• You will create outgoing and customer invoices and process invoice inquiries as well as changes within accounts receivable management.
• You will support the recording and posting of incoming invoices as well as travel expense and credit card statements.
• With us, you will gain exciting insights into accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting and may potentially be involved in payment runs as well as monthly and annual financial statements.
• You will contribute your own ideas for process optimization and the further development of accounting-relevant workflows.

• You are still enrolled at a university for at least 3 semesters and ideally studying Business Administration or a similar/comparable field.
• You want to work 16-20 hours per week.
• You have a good understanding of numbers, work meticulously, and maintain an overview even with complex tasks.
• You are interested in analytical tasks and business relationships and enjoy working with numbers.
• You have a quick grasp and a meticulous work approach.
• You are communicative, dedicated, and independent.
• In addition to fluent German, you have very good English skills, both spoken and written.
