The evolutiq GmbH is a family-owned investment manager in Cologne, primarily focusing on investments in the Private Equity and Real Estate sectors. We reinvest part of our profits into the future growth of evolutiq as well as philanthropic activities, striving to make a sustainable contribution to society.

To strengthen our finance team, we are currently looking for an engaged student or students who want to participate in both operational daily business and active project work.

The Tasks

• Support in the daily finance and accounting operations, e.g.,
  • Preliminary preparation and recording of ongoing business transactions
  • Support during monthly and quarterly closings
  • Maintenance and analysis of financial data
• Participation in cross-sectional projects, e.g.,
  • Optimization of internal processes
  • Development of reporting and controlling structures
  • Support for digitalization and automation initiatives
• Taking on smaller work packages with clear responsibility

The Profile

• Ongoing studies in the field of economics, finance, accounting or comparable
• Interest in financial processes, numbers and structured working
• A self-reliant, meticulous and responsible work style
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel
• First practical experiences in the finance or accounting sector are a plus, but not a must
