Working Student: Finance & Accounting (m/f/d)

To support our Finance team at Limehome, we are looking for a motivated Working Student in Finance & Accounting (m/f/d). You will primarily support our Accounting team in day-to-day operations and with month-end closings and, depending on needs, gain insights into other finance topics such as reporting, FP&A, and process automation. This way, you will get to know a modern, tech-driven finance function in an internationally growing company from the ground up and take on responsibility early on.

As a ‘Host with heart’, you will be responsible for these topics:

• You will support the Accounting team in day-to-day operations, for example in accounts payable (e.g., invoice processing, account reconciliation, document management).

• You will help with preparatory tasks for month-end and year-end closings.

• You will assist in preparing data and analyses, e.g., for reporting or ad-hoc requests.

• You will participate in the improvement and automation of finance processes – including the use of tools and AI.

• You will independently take on smaller projects and ad-hoc tasks across the entire finance area as needed.

• You are a registered student, ideally with a focus on business administration (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics).

• You have a meticulous, structured, and reliable work style and enjoy working with numbers.

• You have an affinity for processes, tools, and systems and an interest in automation and AI.

• You are proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy taking on responsibility early on.

• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

• Ideally, you can support us for about 16-20 hours per week (flexible during exam periods).
