Werkstudent:in Expansion & Operations (m/w/d)

WasteSide is growing – and you're the driving force behind our roll-out in new cities! As a Werkstudent:in Expansion (20h/Week) at the Hannover location, you plan our next steps in cities like Dortmund, Trier, Heidelberg or Landau and ensure that WasteSide gets off to a perfect start everywhere.

Aufgaben

• Launch-Management: You accompany the entire process of city expansion – from initial preparation to successful launch on-site.
• Team-Lead: You organize personnel in new cities, coordinate deployments and trust yourself to lead teams independently.
• Logistik & Marketing: You have an overview of our materials, personalize marketing assets and ensure that everything is at the right time and place.
• Schnittstelle zu Partnern: You support founders in communication with cooperation partners and build local networks by hand. Hands-on on-site: You're ready to travel to expansion cities to personally accompany launches.

Qualifikation

• Organisationstalent: You work extremely structured, keep focus even with multiple parallel city launches and love coordinating processes.
• Führungspotenzial: You're self-assured in dealing with people and have no hesitation in taking responsibility for teams.
• Erfahrung: You bring relevant professional experience (e.g. event management, operations or team leadership) with you.
• Flexibilität & Reisebereitschaft: You're mobile and ready to drive to project days in our new cities for a few days.Eigenständigkeit: You recognize tasks before they are explicitly stated and work solution-oriented.
