Working Student: Events (m/f/d) - Hamburg

At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform “Heartbeat”, thus creating a virtual power plant that links customers' photovoltaic systems, electricity storage, heat pumps, and charging stations, significantly increasing the profitability of connected customer systems. We also offer customers a "One-Stop-Shop" for purchasing and installing individual and intelligent energy system solutions, enabling every household to live, heat, and be mobile in a climate-neutral way quickly and professionally. At the same time, in our technology division, we are working on the further development and expansion of the Heartbeat software to connect customers to the electricity market worldwide and thus always offer the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariff.

• You will become part of the Brand & Design team within Marketing and support the Event department here
• Your workplace will be directly in our showroom/office in Hamburg, one of our main event spaces at Ballindamm
• You will plan and organize internal and external events together with the Head of Event Management
• You will ensure the coordination of service providers and partners
• You will create event concepts, schedules, fact sheets, etc., and assist with annual budget management
• You will provide event support at events in our flagship showrooms (HAM, BER, MUC) and participate in various event formats
• You will take care of existing brand partnerships and look for new cooperation partners
• You will also support international locations with regard to event formats

• You are still enrolled for at least two semesters at a German university and can support us for 15-20 hours per week
• You have already gained initial experience in the event sector and love the industry and the daily business
• You are very communicative, open, friendly, and respectful, and enjoy proactively approaching others
• You are an absolutely structured organizational talent with good time management skills and work in a clear/disciplined manner
• You have a good network, know trends, content creators, and exciting brands
• You communicate confidently in German (C-level) and English (fluent)
• You are characterized by a lot of initiative and your hands-on mentality and enjoy actively pitching in everywhere
• You appreciate project management tools, digital filing systems, checklists, function sheets, etc.
• You look forward to traveling (including on weekends) – especially to our 4 flagship showrooms – and are generally very flexible in terms of time and resilient
