Working Student: E-Commerce (m/f/d)

epigenics is an innovative, fast-growing startup based in Berlin. Our mission is to make longevity and healthy aging a natural part of everyday life. With clean-label, scientifically based micronutrient supplements and a loyal customer base in the DACH region, we are redesigning the daily health routine: simple, effective, and fact-based – not trend-driven.

Tasks

• Developing our online shop further: You will continuously optimize the shopping experience for our customers, identify areas for improvement, and implement them independently – using AI-powered workflows.
• Driving automation: Together with our internal team, you will conceptualize and build AI solutions that make recurring processes in the company more efficient – from the first prototype to productive use.
• Taking responsibility for our marketplace presence: You will manage our presence on external sales platforms, optimize our product presentation, and ensure that our products are continuously available.
• Shaping operations: You will support inventory planning across all sales channels, identify bottlenecks early, and handle operational aspects related to shipping and goods flow.
• Managing external partners: You will work closely with our logistics and fulfillment partners, proactively follow up on issues, and ensure that commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable)
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working.
• Pragmatic hands-on mentality: you look for the 80/20 solution and reliably bring things to completion.
• High self-motivation and reliability – you can be counted on, even without close supervision.
• Team player with high independence: you enjoy working closely with the team, but can also drive your topics forward independently and make decisions autonomously.
• No fear of new tools, systems, and technologies – you quickly and independently learn new software and enjoy creating your own tools with AI.
• Excellent German language skills at a native level (C2) in spoken and written form – you create texts and content directly for our customers, which is why fluent, error-free German is indispensable.
• First experience in e-commerce, knowledge of Shopify or comparable shop systems, as well as experience with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) or with AI tools and automation are a plus, but not a requirement.
