Tasks

🚀 Your tasks

• You build, test and operate automation workflows in real production processes
• You take ownership of parts of our digital infrastructure, develop new ideas, implement them and ensure they run smoothly.
• You analyze together with management operational KPIs and lead to concrete solutions and new processes.
• You make sure that non-technical colleagues understand new solutions, accept and use them independently.

Qualification

✅ What you bring

• You are studying economics, (business) informatics or similar – welcome to quereinsteiger from all fields.
• You are enthusiastic about KI, automation and entrepreneurial thinking and want to understand how to put it all together in a real company.
• You stay on technical issues until they're solved, and can bring your findings back into the team afterwards.
• First experiences with no-code tools (Make.com, Airtable etc.), APIs or databases are a plus, but not a must.
